Danish Cord
Also known as paper cord, this seat weaving technique uses a twisted paper cord to create a super strong seat. Once a seat is worn/broken the whole seat needs to be re-woven.
Chair Caning
Chair caning takes patience but the result is always very satisfying. Depending on the size of damage to a cane panel it is sometimes possible to repair a patch.
Another type of seat weaving using a traditional twisted grass. Perfect for a more rustic look. Often found in this checkerboard pattern.
Cordon
A french seat weave which is constructed of a twisted sedge grass in the centre and wrapped in straw. This results in a rich golden multi toned seat weave.
